Bringing visibility to a disappearing art.
France and Switzerland faced a growing shortage of skilled jewellery setters, leaving luxury brands and independent ateliers struggling to find qualified talent. While the need was clear, training options remained outdated—too long, too academic, and often disconnected from the realities of the trade.
École Française de Sertissage offered a new solution: a short, intensive programme focused on employability and hands-on expertise. My role was to shape the school’s digital identity and go-to-market strategy—building credibility with both students and the industry from day one.
I developed a brand rooted in clarity, trust, and craftsmanship, then translated it into a high-converting website optimised for user experience and search visibility. Strategic SEO work quickly earned the site a #2 ranking on Google, significantly boosting organic traffic.
To build authority and social proof, I managed the school’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. In parallel, a press agency was brought on to secure national coverage and reinforce industry credibility. I also supported the successful application for Qualiopi certification—unlocking access to state funding and increasing enrolment potential.
Through brand storytelling, content strategy, and targeted outreach, École Sertissage positioned itself as a credible, modern training institution—and a vital link between heritage and future in the world of fine jewellery.
