I led the on-site delivery and operational coordination of the The World Forum & Cinema for Peace Gala 2026 in Berlin, a multi-day high-profile international event bringing together political, cultural, and industry figures.
My role spanned venue operations, production oversight, and end-to-end logistics, acting as the central coordination point across technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the event ran smoothly from setup through live delivery.
I oversaw venue logistics, awards production, and the integration of video and audio systems, working closely with technical crews to manage stage, screen, and broadcast elements in a live environment.
From pre-event planning through to execution, I ensured alignment across all moving parts.
